Reservations for parties of 6 or more people are taken depending on availability.
Your reservation may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late, and you may not be seated if your group is fewer than 6 people.
Reservations are subject to a $15 per person minimum.
For example, if you reserve a table for 10 people and only 6 people show up, you would still be seated, and your minimum would be $150.
If 5 people show up, we will put your party on the waiting list, but no reservation minimum will apply.
Please count children and infants as part of your total party.
We provide each reservation party with 2 hours to enjoy their meals from the time of their reservation. If you require more time please arrange this with our staff when making your reservation.
Please understand that your reservation is not a guarantee of time of seating.
Great China is located inside a 100-year-old building (of historical status) and has limited seating on the first floor before the stairs. Please let us know ahead of time if you require seating to accommodate someone with disability or a wheelchair.
For parties of 5 or more, 15% gratuity will be added to the final food and beverage bill.

We are closed to observe the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
For holidays we are open, our weekend reservation schedule may apply.
For large groups, Great China offers customized menu planning.
Our staff will help you plan a menu specific to your group’s needs, tastes, and budget.
We offer a banquet room on our third floor which seats up to 50 people
and requires a minimum of 40 people to reserve exclusively.
We are happy to accommodate smaller groups in the banquet room however you will not have the room all to yourselves.
You may bring your own decorations, although we ask that you do not affix anything to the building or furniture. Signs may be posted up with the use of light adhesive tape. Any damages will be billed to the host.
Great China must be notified of a guaranteed number of guests 7 days before your dinner.
This guarantee will be used to bill the group and apply minimum purchase rates. A deposit of 20% of the expected food
bill will be collected at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is
cancelled within 7 days of the event date. Sales tax of 9.75% and a service charge of 18% will be added to all food and
beverage charges. Our standard reservation rules and minimums apply, and there may be blackout dates. We will not
provide separate checks for individuals in groups.
If there is not a set menu and less than the guaranteed number of guests arrive,
a $25 per person fee will be applied to the final bill.
