TIPS FOR PLANNING YOUR MENU
We recommend a ratio of 1 item per person.  For example: for tables of 8 or more we recommend 3 starters (apps/soups/etc.), the Peking duck or other large centerpiece entree, 1-2 protein dishes (beef, chicken, or pork), 1 seafood item, 1 vegetable item, 1 noodle or rice dish or steamed rice by the serving.  For the best experience we recommend not having too many fried items or sweet items together.  Please notify our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.  Our servers are very knowledgeable at making recommendations so please inquire with our staff.
