RESERVATIONS POLICY
Reservations can be made for parties of 6-28 guests. To book a reservation via phone call us at 510.843.7996. To book your reservation online select the “Reserve Now” link below.
All reservations must meet a minimum charge of $30 per person (before tax and gratuity).
Cancellations must be made by phone or online at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation time. Any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $30 per person.
TABLE ARRANGEMENTS
Reserved tables are booked on a first come first serve basis. We do not guarantee any specific tables. Due to table size restrictions parties of 15 guests or more will be placed at two separate tables next to each other.
WHAT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 6 GUESTS?
We save many of our tables in our dining room for walk-ins. If you have less than 6 guests we welcome you as a walk-in. Walk-ins are seated on a first-come-first-serve basis depending on table availability. Wait times may vary.
SEATING TIME LIMITS
Due to high demand and to allow all of our guests the opportunity to dine with us, we kindly ask our guests to honor our seating time limit policy of 1.5 hours for parties of 1-5 guests and 2 hours for parties of 6 or more.
TIME EXTENSIONS
If you need more time for your event we require an additional fee of $30 per person (as listed by the reservation guest count) for every 2 hours extra time requested. We require you to arrange this at least 1 week prior to the event and you must receive a confirmation from Great China in order for us to honor the time extension.
